I'm beyond pissed off right now. I'm working from home this week because I fell off a bike two weeks ago and bruised my tailbone pretty freakin bad. The story's in my LJ for anyone who wants to laugh at me. :) The ex is working at a restaurant now, so after school has been difficult to arrange the past few weeks. Luckily, with me home right now, it's not a problem. Today, FSS was supposed to walk most of the way home with a friend and FSD was going to get off the bus and meet him down the street and bring him home. At 11 and 8, this has JUST started happening, so it's still a little nervewracking. The ex was working a double and was supposed to take her break at 5:30 or 6 so that she could meet the BF at the Fast Tags place and sign/notarize the final divorce papers. The kids should have been home at 3:30 at the latest. Come 4:05, I start getting panicked. I call FSD's cell phone to find out where they are. Turns out they're at the ex's apartment. She called FSD and told her to come to the apartment instead, and picked FSS up at school. At no point in this entire scenario did she think that she needed to call me so that I wouldn't expect the kids.

So now, I have to pick up FSD at volleyball at 5 (that the ex never told us she had, and keeps "forgetting" to give us the schedule. At least today I can pick one up, hopefully.) and the ex won't be able to meet up to sign the papers. They've been able to sign them since Saturday and every day that goes by makes me question how "desperate" to get them signed so we can get engaged BF really is and how "desperate" to sign them and get it all over with the ex is. I know they don't want to get back together, that's not a concern, but if he's not sure about wanting to move forward with his future with me, that's a HUGE concern.

I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrated now.....
